And in case you don’t know me… Here’s a brief backstory about how I got here.
- My parents only cared for me to be a DOCTOR like them however I wanted to walk my own path – I loved soccer too much and got a scholarship to play in college
- I was never book smart but I knew how to work hard when my back was against the wall.
- I started to go to the gym for soccer my junior year in HS and knew absolutely nothing on training
During College…

- I learned a lot about what I wanted out of life and what I didn’t want
- My Freshman year we went to nationals as a team! (Highlight of my college soccer career)
- Then Covid hit and I lost my passion for soccer and lost my dad to cancer
- Then everything started to fall apart in my life…

I started to follow the crowd…

- I was drinking and smoking almost every weekend and sometimes during the week.
- I gained 20 pounds by the end of my freshman year because I was eating out so much and partying every chance I could!
- I realized the friends that I had weren’t really my friends
- I felt lost, alone and depressed so I knew I had to change


Then I Found Myself Through Fitness and Helping Others
- I started as a personal trainer at Crunch Fitness (2021-2022) then went to Genesis Health Clubs from(2023- 2024)
- Started Changing my clients lives and setting the standard high by being a great example for them! – I had my own studio from (2024-2025)
- And now I help business people and owners gain
- muscle and lose weight without sacrificing their favorite foods and hobbies through my own online fitness app and coaching program!
The Anywhere Elite Fitness Program is my own system that I built through over 8 years of trial and error
I started my fitness journey in high school at 16 years old training in the gym just for soccer then switched from training for soccer to Calisthenic bodybuilding at 20 years old in college and found the truth about training that no one knew about! Body weight compound workouts are better for your joints and tendons in the long run compared to traditional bodybuilding! I was constantly struggling with injuries in the gym and on the field so I had to change my routine to more preventive training through calisthenics! AND IT WORKED! I GAINED 20 pounds of lean muscle in 2 years of training and finally got my dream physic! And I didn’t have to sacrifice my favorite foods and hobbies in the process!
